When New Partners’ third project came online in NE DC, we began operating in all four quadrants of our community — producing renewable energy in NW and NE and delivering all of the economic benefits to affordable housing residents in SW and SE DC.

There are thousands of low-income residents across the city that could benefit enormously from a small scale renewable energy project but for various reasons have no ability to do so. Herb and Jeff wanted to turn this dynamic on its head.
